The in-person training reservation process

  1. Let us know how many personnel you want trained, which courses, and your preferred location and dates
  2. We confirm whether we have an instructor for that date and location. We do not have a trainer standing by in every ZIP code. If we cannot source one, we decline.
  3. Make a reservation payment to schedule the date (⅓ of the total price)
  4. Your instructor travels to you to perform training

Please schedule training at least two weeks ahead of your anticipated training date. During the months of March, April, October, November, we will require 3 weeks notice to schedule training. Get your ACLS login done to get the course started.

This page is provider classroom training. It is not instructor training. To make someone at your organization an instructor, see instructor training and partnership (20 or more people taking our courses).

Class size

Minimum class size for this traveling classroom product is 30 for any course. Larger class sizes (100+) are more eligible for training on less than two weeks notice. Groups under 30 should use online provider seats, or instructor training if 20 or more of your people will take our courses and you want an in-house instructor.

Conditions of location and materials required for in-person training

Your organization will provide the venue for training. Instructors do not require audiovisual support. PMT instructors bring their own computer and projector and only require a screen or wall to project images onto. For CPR or BLS skills evaluations, the chest-compression portion may be completed with either a standard training mannequin or the DIY 2-liter bottle CPR simulation method, which uses a tightly capped, empty 2-liter soda bottle placed inside a long-sleeve shirt to simulate 2-inch adult compression depth, full recoil, and the required 100-120 BPM tempo.
