General questions
Are your courses accepted in Canada?
Yes, our courses are accepted in Canada.
I need a “level C” CPR course, which course qualifies?
Our BLS course qualifies for level C CPR.
What course do I need as a tattoo artist and/or personal trainer?
You will need our bloodborne pathogens course.
Do you offer your courses in different languages?
Yes, we offer courses in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Is a skills test included?
A skills test form is included with our ACLS, BLS, and PALS courses. You can download the form and have it completed by an AHA-certified instructor at your facility. Skills testing is not required by PMT to receive your certificate—check with your employer to see if they require it. If you need help finding an instructor, contact us.

How can I access my course?
- Use this login link: https://learn.pacificmedicaltraining.com/pmt-login
- Enter the email address you used when purchasing the course, then click the “Send Magic Link” button.
- Check your email and click the link provided—you’re in!
- Go to “My Course” to start your certification.
I logged in but can’t see my course — it says I have to pay again
What you’re seeing is our default Dashboard homepage. Please go to “My Course” to access your course materials.
I logged in, but in “My Course” there is no course material available
You have not yet activated your course token, see this on the course tokens page.
I purchased the course but didn’t receive an email with the next steps
Please refer to the “How can I access my course?” section above for instructions on how to access your course.
My employer said they registered me, but I can’t see my course
To log in, please follow the instructions in the “How can I access my course?” section above.
Once logged in, click the “My Course” button to view your course material.
I accidentally purchased two of the same courses but only need one. Can I request a refund?

I purchased the PMT course but I need AHA course certification instead
You can switch from the PMT course to the AHA course within 14 days of your original purchase, but you will need to pay the additional cost. Please email usEmail for further instructions.
AHA courses
How do I schedule my class?
- Full class: You will be redirected to the Scheduler where you can choose your preferred date and time.
- Blended/skills only: You need to upload your AHA Heartcode online certificate before you can schedule your class in the Scheduler.
How long does it take to complete the full class or blended course?
The full class typically consists of one live session with the instructor, lasting approximately one (1) to three (3) hours, depending on the class you enroll in.
The blended course includes completing the online portion at your own pace, followed by a scheduled skills test (1–3 hours), so the total time varies depending on how quickly you complete the online materials.

I scheduled my skills session but didn’t receive any email instructions
